Warranty & Service Guidelines

Warranty Overview

E-MartHub offers you an opportunity to repair or replace the purchased product with a new one. This condition applies if the product possesses some manufacturing fault and the company considers the defect to be serious enough that leads to a replacement. Please note that warranty policies may vary from product to product.

During the period of warranty, if a fault is discovered, a claim can be initiated under the following Terms and Conditions:

Proof of Purchase

The customer must keep the purchase receipt issued by E-MartHub. Both the Warranty card and purchase receipt must be presented during a claim. No claim will be entertained without the receipt.

Safe Packaging

Products must be appropriately packed for transportation. The box must contain the user manual, all accessories, a detailed fault note, and a copy of the invoice.

Shipping & Risk

Transportation costs to and from E-MartHub are born by the customer. During transit, the product remains solely at the owner’s risk.

What is Not Covered?

Warranty claims will be void or rejected in the following cases:

  • Misuse, inappropriate installation, or incorrect operating procedures.
  • Accidents, loss of parts, or using the product on incorrect voltage.
  • Repairs performed by a person not authorized by the distributor.
  • If the serial number has been removed, altered, or changed.
  • Damage caused by using incompatible or defective accessories.
